Nashville Flood

In 2010 FBLA was holding their National Leadership Conference in Nashville. Most students were going to stay at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. In early May of that year, just a couple of months before the conference, Nashville suffered from torrential rain and flooding. The flooding caused billions of dollars of damage to the city and closed the Gaylord hotel. FBLA decided to keep the conference in Nashville but had to place students all over the city in different hotels and bus them into the new conference location. This was a video that was played at the beginning of the conference explaining everything to the students and thanking them for keeping the conference in Nashville during this rough time for the city.
