Notes: After a few years working you start replacing school work in your portfolio with actual work you got paid to do. This, however, is one of those items that I’m still happy with today as it was an assignment to design an entire magazine.

We were to design everything from top to bottom, develop a style guide, and carry the design through the entire piece while not only presenting the guide, but also creating several page entries for the magazine.

There are a lot of things I would change if doing it again; I pick it apart in my head every time I see it. I would make a better logo, work on kerning, maybe pick a better font. I would certainly take some better photographs. But this is still one of my favorite things I have ever done as a designer.
